Payments:

For all the services you wish to book, a certain upfront payment is necessary to secure the reservation. Once confirmed, the remaining balance can be settled before your departure from your country or upon arrival in India, ensuring completion before the services begin. The management team reserves the right to determine the advance payment amount based on service nature and the time remaining until service commencement.

Additionally, in specific scenarios such as Special Train Journeys, hotels, or resorts bookings during peak seasons (such as X-Mas or New Year), full payment must be made in advance.

Mode of Payment:

You have the option to submit an overseas advance payment via a wire transfer to our bank.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event of canceling tour or travel services due to any reasons, whether avoidable or unavoidable, we require written notification. Cancellation charges are applicable from the date we receive written advice and are as follows:

Please note: We accept written cancellations on all working days except Sundays. Cancellations sent on Sundays will be considered on the next working day (Monday).

For the period from December 20th to January 5th (X-mas and New Year), payments are non-refundable.

If the trip is canceled after commencement, any refund will be limited and subject to what we can recover from the hoteliers/contractors we work with. We do not take responsibility for refunding unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation, missed meals, etc.

Wildlife Safaris cancellation:

Reservations for wildlife safaris within any of the Indian Wildlife National Parks/Sanctuaries are non-refundable. Any request for a date change will be treated as a cancellation, and no payment will be refunded or adjusted for it.

Our Liabilities & Limitations:

Please be aware that subsequent to finalizing the Tour/Service Cost, any increases in entrance fees for monuments/museums, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges mandated by the Government of India will be charged separately.

TourMyIndia.com functions solely as an agent for hotels, airlines, transporters, railways, and other service providers. All documents and tickets issued by us are subject to the terms and conditions of these service providers.

The itineraries provided are sample schedules meant to offer a general idea of the trip. Variables such as weather conditions, road conditions, or the physical capabilities of participants may necessitate itinerary alterations before or during the tour. We reserve the right to modify any schedule in the interest of the safety, comfort, and well-being of trip participants.

Our rates are based on negotiated agreements with hotels, airlines, etc. However, these service providers reserve the right to adjust rates without notice. Should such changes occur, the rates provided before the modification may be adjusted by us according to the changes made by the hotels or airlines. Hotel bookings are made based on standard check-in and check-out times unless otherwise specified in the itinerary.

We cannot be held accountable for delays, alterations in the program, or expenses incurred—directly or indirectly—due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, machinery or equipment breakdowns, transport issues, adverse weather conditions, sickness, landslides, political closures, or any unforeseen incidents.

Furthermore, we are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons, property, or otherwise, whether directly or indirectly related to accommodations, transportation, or other services, arising from acts of nature, fire, accidents, machinery or equipment breakdowns, transport failures, wars, civil unrest, strikes, theft, epidemics, or any causes beyond our control.

We do not possess an insurance policy covering expenses related to accidents, sickness, theft, or any other reasons. Visitors are strongly advised to arrange for such insurance coverage in their home country. All baggage and personal property are at the client's risk at all times.

Please Note : We cannot be held responsible for costs arising from unforeseen circumstances such as landslides, roadblocks, inclement weather, and similar incidents.
